Seasonal dishes, Andorran style

Our winter menu offers an elevated take on classic Andorran mountain meals, shaped by our challenging terrain and hardy weather—as local farmers joke, "three months of summer and nine months of hell." Savory and nourishing stews, soups, and national dishes such as Trinxat, Escudella, and Favetes are staples here. In summer, our menu is much fresher, with gazpacho and salad starters followed by beautifully cooked local meats fresh off the grill. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.

Breakfast at the lodge

We serve a local breakfast platter with “pa amb tomàquet” (fresh bread with tomatoes, salt, and olive oil), a selection of cheeses and charcuterie, as well as local jams, croissants, and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you would like eggs to start your day, we're happy to cook them to order for you.

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m.

Chef Guillermo Aliberti

Originally from Uruguay and Patagonia, Guillermo traveled to Europe and fell in love with Andorra’s familiar rugged landscape of sharp peaks and soft valleys. We bonded over our shared love for mountains, South America, and fire, and are so happy to have found a perfect fit for our lodge and philosophy in Guille.

Guille has worked with Francis Mallman in Uruguay and is happiest preparing customised meals for guests and cooking outdoors over a fire.

Xiringuito

Our beloved outdoor summer pop-up restaurant serves Andorran classics made with local ingredients, perfect after a day out in the fresh air.
